What is Psychotherapy?
Psychotherapy is a scientific and spiritual treatment method that aims to achieve a healthier, more functional and productive life by addressing the emotions, thoughts and behavioral patterns that a person experiences and experiences distress with the help of a therapist. During the psychotherapy process, the individual and the therapist come together and investigate the roots of the individual's problems, discover alternative solutions, and work within a systematic treatment process aimed at developing functional behaviors.

Play Therapy
Play therapy, especially in children ensures that mental illnesses and behavioral disorders seen in children are treated and improved through games and toys by experts trained in this field. Since children have difficulty expressing themselves with words, they use toys to reflect their inner world and resolve their inner conflicts in this way. Play therapy plays an important role in the child's spiritual and cognitive development.
