Melisa Mutlu graduated from Istanbul Arel University, Department of Psychology in 2018. She completed her undergraduate education with her thesis on "Investigation of the Levels of Hate Crime Tendency of Psychology and Engineering Department Students". In 2019, she was accepted to Üsküdar University Clinical Psychology Master's program with her thesis titled "Investigation of Psychological Resilience and Life Satisfaction of Mothers with Children with Cerebral Palsy and Mothers with Children with Normal Development". She was selected as a volunteer in the Cognitive Skills Training program conducted by Mind&More Consultancy Center.He worked individually with children to improve their cognitive skills in the areas of attention, sustaining attention, executive functions, short and long-term memory, reading-writing skills, auditory attention, planning, etc. She has worked individually to improve children's cognitive skills.

Since 2021, she has been working with children with trauma, depression, anxiety disorders, panic attacks, phobias, obsessive-compulsive disorders, emotional issues (emotional awareness and expression skills, anxiety, self-confidence, anger control, social problem solving, etc.) in our hospital.self-regulation skills), social issues and peer communication (difficulties in social interaction, communication and play skills, symbolic play, competition and tolerance for losing).
