What is Pediatrics?

Pediatrics is a medical specialty that examines the physical, mental and social development of children from infancy to the end of adolescence and diagnoses and treats their diseases.

Pediatricians (pediatricians) work to support the healthy growth and development of children, diagnose diseases early and apply effective treatment methods.

Child and Adolescent Psychiatry

Child and adolescent psychiatry addresses the emotional, behavioral and mental health problems of children and young people. Many different psychiatric problems such as attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), depression, anxiety disorders, learning disabilities, post-traumatic stress disorder and eating disorders are diagnosed and treated in this department.
