- In 2012, he started his academic life as an Assistant Professor at Recep Tayyip Erdoğan University.
- In 2013, he completed his master's degree at Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University and became an Audiology Specialist.
- In 2013, he received training on cochlear implant from Prof. Jean-Pierre Bebear in France.
- In 2013, he established the cochlear implant center in Rize and performed the first cochlear implant surgery in Rize and in 2014, he received training on the diagnosis and rehabilitation of balance disorders from Prof. Leonel Luis in Portugal.
- In 2017, he was appointed as a Training Supervisor at the University of Health Sciences Samsun Training and Research Hospital Ear Nose Throat (ENT) Diseases Clinic and started cochlear implant surgeries by establishing the cochlear implant center in this hospital. In November 2017, he received the title of Associate Professor and continued his academic studies at Ondokuz Mayıs University Faculty of Medicine since September 2020.
- In May 2021, he started working at Istanbul Yeni Yüzyıl University Faculty of Medicine Private Gaziosmanpaşa Hospital and performed cochlear implant and head and neck tumor surgeries of patients from many countries in this center.
- He performed more than 400 cochlear implant surgeries in 4 different centers where he continued his cochlear implant studies. In addition to cochlear implant in the field of otology, he has been intensively involved in endoscopic ear surgery for about 10 years and has performed more than 1000 endoscopic ear surgeries (such as tympanoplasty, otosclerosis surgery). He has been a speaker and trainer in many meetings on this subject. Apart from ear surgeries, he has been interested in the treatment of head and neck tumors in the centers where he worked. He has many national and international publications.
